Run MLO automatically when Windows starts
Please add an option to run MLO automatically when Windows starts. It would seem like an essential feature for this sort of software. It would also remind the customers to use it!

Allow completion date to be quickly adjusted
I like to be able to see the dates on which I actually completed tasks (part of the Pomodoro technique). At the moment, MLO always sets the completion date/time to the current date/time and it is quite difficult to adjust. I quite often find myself marking items complete several days after I have done them (if I have been very busy) and would like to have a mechanism (or mechanisms) for setting the completion date at the same time. For example, using the alternate complete mechanism (ctrl+click on complete pops up a menu of options which includes 'Set completion date');…

Selectable option subtasks complete = parent complete
Request:
Selectable option: When subtasks are complete, parent is completeExample:
I have a small Project I'm tracking.Replace machine cover
Ship cover from office
Receive cover from customerI don't have to do anything besides make sure these two tasks are done and I don't have to follow up with people once these two tasks are done.
Notes:
I understand and use the premise that subtasks complete <> project complete on many projects. I think this is helpful for small defined projects / SUBPROJECTS (mostly where I'm tracking someone else work).57 votes -
Copy all Columns, not just "Caption"
Say for example:
Check MLO Group @Computer Today
When hitting Ctrl-C I would get all three and not just 'Check MLO Group'
Don't know if it's difficult to implement but it's one of those neat little features.

Allow recurring task dates to be changed in the same way as non recurring tasks
Once a recurring task becomes due, I very often want to adjust the due date to suit my plans for the next few hours/days. At the moment, the only way to do this is to bring up the cumbersome Recurring Tasks dialog box. I would like to be able to just hit Alt+D to jump to the Due Date dialog box and to then be able to type '2hrs' or 'Fri' or whatever to change the time to a more convient slot.

Bring notes field to the next level
TaskCoach, free software, enables users to have multiple notes... I wonder why that is not available in MLO? I also wonder why no text formating is allowed (funny enough if you copy formated text into a note, it is displayed)

MindManager/FreeMind/Mindmeister integration
If you are in the mindmapping mood you already know what the benefits of mindmapping are... if you are not, let me ask you something? don't you get sick when reading an infinite list of unfulfiled commitments?
We need a propper integration with mindmanager

GUI for print templates
Right now the print templates are not very useful if you have not the knowledge or time to play with the parameters. I´m using MLO also for tracking tasks in several meetings, but the printouts are not very "readable" from my point of view. It will be much easier, if there will be GUI or an easier way to adjust them.
