I currently use Omnifocus for Mac and love it, except they will not develop on any other platform and I have an Android phone. I used MLO about a year ago when I was still solely on windows, but now that I have a Mac as my main work machine I am trying to use only mac software. If MLO released for Mac I would gladly move back and purchase the ipad and Android versions to have access to my GTD'ness everywhere!

Come on, you already have an iPad version, it shouldn't be very hard to port it to OSX.
Owning a Windows license, I would gladly pay for another one if the app was released on the Mac.

After being devoted to MLO for many years, I'm now in the Mac world and have given up and switched to OmniFocus, which is far from equivalent to MLO. I do wish my Mac could talk to my iPad and iPhone (as they do with OmniFocus). If so, then I'd be back to MLO in a heartbeat.

Yes - would love a Mac version as I use PC at work and Mac at home. If not a Mac version then a Cloud version that works through popular browsers

Here is a definite YES, PLEASE! from my side as well for the Mac desktop Version.
I have used MLO on my Laptop until last year Sep.I then switched to Mac and am missing this really great tool (betterthan all the GTD-SW I have found for Mac).
I have ParallelsDesktop with Win7 on my Mac too, but I try to use it a minimum, so to have my GTD-Tool on my Win7 wouldn't make sense.
As soon as you have a Mac-Version, I am definitely back with you. If I switch back, I buy the Desktop, iPhone and Cloud Version (and iPad, if it is ready by then).
Quite a few of my colleagues and friends now use Omnifocus or Things and are waiting for your next steps too.
Thank you.

While I have this working with Wine, it is pretty ugly and clunky, and doesn’t integrate well with the rest of OS X. What would it take to encourage MyLifeOrganized to produce a native desktop version?

If you download the Window's emulator package CrossOver (based on Wine) you can get MLO working pretty nicely in OS X (even with cloudsync).
