Better Context Inheritance
Currently, MLO supports context inheritance when new tasks are added or tasks are moved to a new parent. However, if you change the contexts of a parent, the child contexts do not automatically change. I would like to have this as an option. Child tasks could still be assigned additional contexts, but if you add or delete a context from a parent tasks, there should be an option to automatically add/delete that context from its child tasks.
Additionally, I would like to have an option for implicit context inheritance. With this option, if a task is assigned a context, then all its subtasks are implicitly assigned the context for the purposes of filtering and grouping. Subtasks could have additional contexts, but they would implicitly have the contexts of all their parent tasks through an unlimited number of levels.

In general, more options for keeping and changing contexts as you move items around.

I also wish:
- add contexts to existing one when inherited, not only substitute
- automatic ordering context in task tree view, as they are in context window
