Attach Photos (on mobile devices, but sync to desktop)
After a meeting there are several ToDos and perhaps lots of information on the flipchart or whiteboard. Would like to take photos of those notes and sync it to desktop MLO.

Feature could be useful as well for a desktop using the web cam.
Lets say you have to buy a spare part. You could take a picture of the part and attach to the task to have it handy when you are at the shop. -

I fore see that attacking a file with MLO will make MLO bloated. Simply because of external file size. To overcome this, I suggest MLO to create a seperate folder to store attachment and link to it. When it syncs, it syncs the folder as well. So the link will not be broken.
Andrey, I understand this is no easy task. As you also need to consider the external file size & your server space. Unless, the server doesn't keep the files, it merely transfer the files between mobile device & desktop. Hmm....

MUCH MORE HIGHLY REQUESTED THAN IT APPEARS. I've found at least six other similar suggestions for a total of over 40 votes (see below). Most other iOS task apps feature adding photos from the camera/photo folder.

Photo Attachments shall be inline, no links to external attachments since those tend to get lost (moved files -> broken links)
