Limit number of tasks in ToDo-List
My custom made ToDo-list (by project, ordered by calculated score) is not very user-friendly because the list is too long. It would really be helpfull if I could limit the number of taks per project that is presented.

Iphone: Switch profiles w/ one click.
I love the new iPhone app!
I use diff profiles, so it would be nice to switch with fewer clicks. Right now it takes 7 clicks.
This could be done by either
Click and hold or
Click and click

iPhone: switch views w/ one click
I like to switch views frequently between outline, task, and now other views. It would be great to be able to click on the view name at the top to switch views directly without having to go to the menu first.

Android: The source of GPS info change from google frame work to more genaral API
There're many Android phone, like Samsung's , the google map service is forbidden to installed. That's why my samsung9070 can't use the location feature. Make it easier to change the start date in iPhone version
Adding some buttons to change the start date of tasks would make it faster to change during the day. When you know a task just won't happen today, it would be great to choose from something like:
Tomorrow, 2 days, 3 days, end of wk, next week, in addition to having the calendar wheel. The wheel is hard to use quickly on a moving bus, for example.

Add a button to create a new folder in iPhone versio
It takes many clicks now. With the ability to indent a task easily, maybe dedicate that spot to add a new folder.

When a recurring task is competed, I'd like to be able to see the sub tasks that were completed under it.
This is useful for instances when a repeating branch is tweaked as time goes on. It is useful for reference of past events.

On the Ipad, the notes are viewed and edited in a small window. Open this up to full screen.
Show the notes in a full screen (or at least a much larger window) on the Ipad, so that more of the notes can be seen at the same time.

Instant Synchronization
I see the need for instant synchronization daily; Working on my laptop and adding new tasks, having suddenly to walk over to a conference room or colleague, or preparing the next day on my home computer. But since MLO does not synchronize other than on intervals or when the application exits, and not when the laptop goes to sleep since it is closed, I don't have access to those tasks.
Instant synchronization is possible, and does not have to be that hard to implement. For the purpose of implementing this in the current MLO cloud, I propose looking at:

calculate a 'latest start' date
For planning when to do certain tasks, the idea of having those with the nearest due date at the top only actually works if you presume that each task only takes one day.
Say for example it's Monday, you had a task which took one day and was due Thursday, and one task which took a week and was due Friday. Currently MLO would show the first task as the priority (all other scores being equal) as it is due earlier, but in reality the second task is the most urgent. Add task Flag to MLO Automatic Formatting and optionally associate with a Context
MLO allows users to manually set a Flag for each task. This displays nicely in the desktop version (not on phone yet). But needs to be manually set by users for every required task.
It would help productivity if the Flag could be set by the Automatic Formatting feature of MLO, so that some combination of rules could set the Flag automatically.
Also, the Flag field could be used to display a 'Context Icon/Flag', if it were possible to optionally associate any Context with a single Flag. People could assign a Flag to their favourite Contexts and have this display…1 vote -

Store User Created Views in the Cloud
After having to get a replacement laptop from work and forgetting to first save all of my MLO views so I could restore them on the new laptop, I thought it would be really cool to be able to save your views to your profile on the MLO Cloud and retrieve the different views as desired.

Combined outline / todo view
Tasks outline would be primary view with whole task structure and on right side there would be task list with current tasks list or vice versa.

Android: All views (e.g. "Outline") are wasting vertical space. We need a Compact view (on a button if necessary)
There is FAR too much wasted vertical space on the Android version of MLO. I am using a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and the height of the text is only about 1/8th of the height of each row, and most of the screen seems to be 'white space' !
I suggest a "Compact view" button at (say) the top of the Outline page, that would toggle on/off a more compact view. This compact view might just include the 1st line of text (i.e. no wrapping of the title).

Separate window for Task Parameters
The sidebar for inputting parameters can be a little difficult to use as it seems very squashed into the edge of the page. Would be good if you could double click on the task and a window open with the task properties available for setting/amending. MS project does this for task items with a tabbed page.
