    MLO is functionally an excessively great app. However, from a L&F perspective, it lags. Yes, I know you're working on bringing the GUI to 2011-level in version 4. However, I think you need to hire a one-of-a-kind GUI designer to really turn this baby into something everybody will LOVE to use, not just NEED to use.

    Not to get to corny now, but let's remember one of the most important lessons Steve Jobs taught this industry (and the world at large): (in my own words) MUST balance FORM and FUNCTION. Choosing function over form may be good (in the short run) but it is never GREAT (in the long run).

    So make this app (again, on all platforms, but starting with the desktop) totally shine in elegance, usability and customization.
