An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment mlevison commentedBecause of the record by record vs file by file thing (as pointed out by both Dwight and MH) Dropbox could never work as a true sync.
In addition we would be stripping Andrey of his ongoing revenue source which would give him a disincentive to keep working on the app.
I'm going to ask Andrey but I will recommend marking this feature as declined since its **impossible** to do what is being asked.

An error occurred while saving the comment mlevison commentedAdrian - some people already use Dropbox to sync.

I'm not part of the MLO org, just a long time user, so take this is my 0.02 (Canadian). Why would it make business sense for Andrey to create an FTP sync? You're asking him to cutout his recurring revenue stream.

An error occurred while saving the comment mlevison commentedI love the ease of creating new tasks on my Android phone and would love to have that on my desktop puter.

An error occurred while saving the comment mlevison commentedThis is a big beast of a request and so very difficult to satisfy, rank etc. Mario what if you choose to break this into its parts? Then Andrey could pick them off one at a time, in small chunks.

An error occurred while saving the comment mlevison commented@MR_YEH the startup folder is different than the quick launch bar, so adding things to it will not crowd your Quick Launch bar. Just google Startup Folder in Windows XP and you will find heaps of things written about how to use it. While I wish there was an option builtin to MLO, there is an adequate workaround.

An error occurred while saving the comment mlevison commentedI'm with Richard - what I want is a visualization tool that allows me to see my commitment load for the next month.
An error occurred while saving the comment mlevison commentedI merging in my original one with this. "As a MLO user I want to be able to see the tasks I have committed day by day for the next month because this would allow me to spot when I'm over committed."

Martin - better phrased my point is that Dropbox already works the way you described. Nothing further can be done. All votes on this feature are wasted.
Cheers
