I am just curious to know why windows was prioritize before mac OS?

I struggle to think there were major technical roadblocks going down the Mac route for development compared to windows. But then I am not a techie so I could be wrong. From a business perspective though, this is not making any sense to me at all. If I were to run this company, I'd probably not even bother with windows and just let them make do with a browser based access. They're used to it - they will have no issues at all!

Here is my theory: people who are naturally well organised, the smart, the punctual, the perfectionists, the classy and elegant, the creative, the top performers - especially those that demand the same of others and simply cannot stand anything sub-standard - will readily pay any price for tools that reflects their own personality.

I simply cannot imagine how this demography of people could possibly work on the most crappy, clunky, cluttered, unintuitive, unattractive and useless pile of rubbish called 'Windows' and still be sane!

Although the windows users are high in number, a very small percentage of them are the types that value things like this and actually pay for it. I would think it is the complete opposite in the case of Mac users.

P.S - Sorry about the long rant.. Just one of these frustrating days where I am forced to use a windows pc at work which is probably more useful as a chopping board than a computer.
