Selectable option subtasks complete = parent complete
Request:
Selectable option: When subtasks are complete, parent is complete
Example:
I have a small Project I'm tracking.
Replace machine cover
Ship cover from office
Receive cover from customer
I don't have to do anything besides make sure these two tasks are done and I don't have to follow up with people once these two tasks are done.
Notes:
I understand and use the premise that subtasks complete <> project complete on many projects. I think this is helpful for small defined projects / SUBPROJECTS (mostly where I'm tracking someone else work).

It has to be optional per branch because very often I have to consider that the reason my parent task is not done is because I need to add more child tasks which are not there yet. In most circumstances I could not use this option

If what you mean is that if you mark the parent a project, that once all the child tasks are done, that the project is also marked done automatically? I can agree with this. I would add that I would also like to have the parent checked as done even if the parent has been check marked as a ´folder´ since I find this visually more approporate for the title of a project, as opposed to have the open check box - it then looks like a simple task to me.

@Philb would you please expand on your comment, I'm not sure I followed the context. Thanks!

Progress bar and Status should reflect complete I think.
