Integrate MLO more closely with OneNote or EverNote
A lot of people use Evernote or OneNote because they're much more than just text capture. Rather than try to recreate something like this, how about making it easier to use them from MLO.
Both have URL links to notes and notes can be fairly easily viewed as HTML. How about a way to create a new linked note from MLO or generate a task in MLO from a note (you can do this with OneNote: note->outlook task->MLO). They could be viewed in MLO (some features might be missing), then use a link to open the real app for editing the note.

As a quick solution, please make Evernote links (in Windows, not HTML) be clickable from the Notes section of an MLO task. Currently (ver 4.2.2) the link must be copied and ran from the Run command in widows, which will open the Evernote application and display the note. Alternatively, part of the link can be copied into the Evernote application directly. Example: evernote:///view/9885544/s55/6e55cbef-555c-555b-555a-f5fabbcd5555/5e55cbef-555c-555b-555a-f5fabbcd5555/

I also use OneNote very intensively. I keep tasks and reminders in MLO, but I keep other information in OneNote, especially if a photo or other type of attachment is of benefit, or for web clippings. On Android, I use "Catch" for these same purposes.
I fully agree with Fernando, that MLO cannot be a substitute for OneNote (and I wouldn't want it to), the same way that OneNote could never be a substitute for MLO -- so indeed integrating the two would be a fantastic solution, especially if they could cross-link to one another!

Bravo! I'm devoted to MLO, but need a way to integrate documents, web captures and "on the go" iphone snapshots of things I need to remember. I'm starting to use Evernote for that and need a way to integrate the two.

Would be very nice... Use EverNote though as it works with everything. OneNote, which I have, is quite Stranded in Windows.

I use OneNote intensively too. I have my tasks, reminders, links and some notes in MLO, and I keep the rest of the information in OneNote, where I have centralized my personal notes, the documentation of my projects, etc.
MLO cannot substitute OneNote (and I wouldn't want it to) the same way OneNote cannot substitute MLO, so using both of them is a perfect solution.

I use OneNote a lot and better integration here would really help my work flow.

I whole-heatedly second this. Often, tasks emerge from notes I take or create...
