Import tasks from CSV or TXT file
Import tasks from CSV or TXT file.
Import and Export from CSV or TXT file would be very useful.
I can sync my Nokia E52 tasks with
http://www.phonecopy.com
Phonecopy is a free service.
From www.phonecopy.com I can export tasks as tasks.csv on this page:
http://www.phonecopy.com/en/task/
The exported CSV file has the following header:
description,"due","summary","priority","start","alarms action","alarms start"
Having the possibility to export my tasks from Nokia E52 into www.phonecopy.com,
export tasks into CSV file, then import into my Samsung Galaxy 3 i5800 (Android v2.2),
would be very important.
This way I would have a way to get my tasks into MyLikeOrganized app, it is necessary to get the app usable for me.
Please put this feature as a Planned feature.
Thanks!
Konrad

Another idea for CSV support.
I can not use MLO until I can not get my previous data into MLO.
In MLO there is no any way to import, export or sync data with other existing sources.
I would prefer Google tasks sync or at least Bonsai CSV import/export.
http://www.natara.com/bonsai/UserManual/index.html?fixedformat.htmOf course I would also welcome Phonecopy CSV file support.
Either solution is welcome, which makes possible for me to import/export external data into/from MLO.
I would buy MLO Pro, if the import/export feature is correctly implemented. -

Good idea! But the import should be DYNAMIC: No need to manually import a CSV file, but instead Task items should have a "Dynamic Import" field which automatically updates its child-tasks from the CSV file whenever the CSV file changes.
Also, when the task items which have been defined as DYNAMIC change, MLO should write back the changes of these tasks to the CSV file.
This would be very helpful to integrate MLO e.g. into existing CRM systems!
