  1. Dont know whether this is a bug or "features"... -.-

All the "Parents" with Due Date aren't shown in "Due next 7 Days" or
    "Due next 30 Days".....
Only tasks WITHOUT subtask is shown.

Note: "Parents" means all the parents which have subtasks within it.

  2. Currently, the tooltip shows the 15-minute time range that the moue is currently hovering over. When you click and drag the mouse to set a range of open (or closed) hours, the tooltip should update dynamically to show the range that is selected. For example: "Mon 8 AM-Fri 5 PM" if you clicked and held the mouse button on the Mon 8-8:15 AM cell and dragged the mouse to the Fri 4:45-5 PM cell. This would make it a lot easier to set the open/closed hours.

  5. One of the primary reasons I used MLO is that I can't remember things for long (ADHD, or whatever). Has been a life long problem.

My family doesn't like me entering an MLO task while driving (hmmmm wonder why) - but if I wait I will FORGET!

If I use the iPod's built in voice memos, I will forget to transfer them to MLO tasks later.

Would be great to be able to (1) click "+" for a new task and then (2) click a record button to record my voice.

I will transcribe it later - but at least…

  6. It would be highly efficient to be able to edit parent level fields such as "Project", "Context", "Importance", "urgency", "stared" etc. and have the option to copy only the changed fields to all the levels of children tasks. This would help rapidly convert a set of tasks at a later time into project hierarchy. For the "Context" field this admittedly gets involved where logic has to used to infer user intent. For example, if "Church" is added to the context list while also "Party" is removed at the same time, then the children tasks would be processed by adding "Church"…

  9. This would save me from clicking through the result list in situations where I can distinguish similar action items best by their due date.

  10. Dependencies are eye-catching with their chain icon. The implicit dependencies from 'Complete subtasks in order' are equally important but hard to see as only an option in the properties

  11. This would free the user from having to set these up on the desktop and sync, which is not always practical, as when on a trip.

  12. Now MLO, save settings to registry, it is not portable, if want to use mlo in usb flash, the settings will lost in other computer, if MLO can save settings to ini file in program folder, then customer can use mlo everywhere.

  14. A calendar would be nice. However, there are some great calenders already out there. I just need to be able to easily add tasks to my calendar, either directly or through sync with google calendars.

  16. It would be just great if MLO could auto number paragraphs based upon their indent level so as to create properly numbered outlines and/or agendas. When using outlines/agendas created in MLO, it is very helpful to be able to refer to certain items by number (eg Item 4(c)) when discussing relevant issues with others. Without numbered paragraphs, it's just awkward.

  17. When I add a new task, I need an agile way of assigning it its priority and/or urgency.

Sometimes I change the priority and/or urgency of existing tasks to adapt to my everyday work.

Currently I have to manually move the sliders. It would be a lot easier and faster if I had shorcuts for them.

There are a lot of shorcuts now (which is fine to me), so there goes a suggestion of the ones you could use for this:

    ALT + P + <number> for Priority
    ALT + U + <number> for Urgency

    Despite it seeming complex, truth…
