For me I just need a simple way to link a note in a MLO task to a note in OneNote (or Evernote).

Ideally by selecting some text in the MLO note, right-click and choose Link to.. which opens a sub-menu on mouse-over to show the programs MLO can link to that I have previously selected in a new tab under Tools, Options, 'General Application Options' (e.g. new tab with tickboxes for Outlook, Onenote, Excel, Word, Evernote, 'own program1', 'own program2' with some hypertext link edit box for these, with Dwight's handy hints in the forum to help me complete). This underlines the selected text to show it is a hyperlink and prompts me to select the note or task, or edit the link to my chosen external 'note'.

Since MLO is not a note tool, it definitely needs an easy way to link to any other note tool or document in a way that does not need a degree in computer science to work out; or, more importantly, does not distract me from creating or administering my tasks. Having to wade through convoluted syntax and edit hypertext strings is not really helping me get: My Life Organized.
