You can currently easily link Evernote (and probably Onenote) to a MLO task.
Just right-click an Evernote, hold down Ctrl and click 'Copy note link'. This will copy the 'evernote://' style link and not the 'https://'; style link.
Then paste the link in the task notes, and add 'file:' to the start of the link. Now it's clickable and links straight back to the Evernote note! :)
You can also add yourself an automatic formatting rule to add an Evernote icon to anything that contains the text 'evernote:///'. It works great.
