An error occurred while saving the comment Fletcher Kauffman commentedI would like to see multiple notes to a single task-- particularly for multi-user environments. That each note be date/time/user stamped.
Do not care about RTF at this point.

An error occurred while saving the comment Fletcher Kauffman commentedI agree with the notion of telling me "when this will happen" based upon time constraints is useful. It's also useful if I give MLO my To Do, the priority for each, and a time estimate for each one, that it could give me a rough agenda.
Seriously, just pop over to the To Do page, mark my "quitting time" as 5:00 PM, and then have MLO tell me what I'm going to be doing and when for the rest of the day.
Without tying something that needs to be done with when it's going to happen in reality, it remains a pretty soft science. The moment something is actually on the calendar/clock as to when you've said it will happen, the likelihood that it will happen in the near term skyrockets.
I'm not saying it needs to be Microsoft Project level planning-- but getting an agenda of my week seems really doable.

An error occurred while saving the comment Fletcher Kauffman commentedThis is why I used contexts to constrain things into different structural models. I have context trees based on location, responsible party, kind of skill required, mood to be in, part of day, etc. It lets me focus on smaller areas without having the experience the overwhelm of an (all) To Do list.
