  2. It would be highly efficient to be able to edit parent level fields such as "Project", "Context", "Importance", "urgency", "stared" etc. and have the option to copy only the changed fields to all the levels of children tasks. This would help rapidly convert a set of tasks at a later time into project hierarchy. For the "Context" field this admittedly gets involved where logic has to used to infer user intent. For example, if "Church" is added to the context list while also "Party" is removed at the same time, then the children tasks would be processed by adding "Church"…

  3. One of the primary reasons I used MLO is that I can't remember things for long (ADHD, or whatever). Has been a life long problem.

My family doesn't like me entering an MLO task while driving (hmmmm wonder why) - but if I wait I will FORGET!

If I use the iPod's built in voice memos, I will forget to transfer them to MLO tasks later.

Would be great to be able to (1) click "+" for a new task and then (2) click a record button to record my voice.

I will transcribe it later - but at least…

  5. I type and edit mainly in MS word.
When I type in MLO Task Notes it feels so awkward and frustrating hitting the wrong keys.

  6. My
workflow with the desktop version involves me tagging current, active
tasks with a due date and then I have a view that sorts them by Due
Date. Unfortunately I cannot do this on the iPod Touch. While there
is a function for sorting by due date when in Outline view there is
not the same functionality in the To-Do views. I really need to have
    this under Active Actions ideally.
Or if this is not practical I would like to please request that a view
be added under More Views that shows Active Actions sorted by Due Date
    with…

  7. Add to MLO Contacts - this will be great!
A trouble to use Contexts in this case is because every Contact has a couple of fieldslike phone, email and other additional information, how can I store it and how can I use it in To-Do list, for example?

  10. Hi,

I have use MLO for some time & found that when the list grow larger, all the tasks tend to hide on the right side.
This have cause difficulty on navigation and editing.

Even though there is a zoom function, but only individual tasks or tree can be zoomed in. This cause difficulty when working a cross different tasks that need to zoom in.

Since indentation can be done in MOVE mode. Left & right swipe should be used for scrolling purpose. This will create better user friendly interaction, better usability & consistent interface design with android.

    Or if…

  11. I use this functionality regularly on MLO desktop - zoom in to a given branch in outline view, then switch to 'todo' view and filter by context.

This appears to be licking in MLO Android.

  12. Currently, the tooltip shows the 15-minute time range that the moue is currently hovering over. When you click and drag the mouse to set a range of open (or closed) hours, the tooltip should update dynamically to show the range that is selected. For example: "Mon 8 AM-Fri 5 PM" if you clicked and held the mouse button on the Mon 8-8:15 AM cell and dragged the mouse to the Fri 4:45-5 PM cell. This would make it a lot easier to set the open/closed hours.

  13. The most common thing I do is change the due date or context of a task. Right now, I have to press-and-hold, select "edit task", then scroll around to find date and context to make the change.

It would be great if "Due Date" and "Context" were listed in the press-and-hold menu for tasks.

  14. Clicking on Start Date in a subtask of a group that is to be completed in order or in a task that is depending on another task and that already has a DueDate, then propose the Due Date of this dependant entry as Start Date for the task where clicking on Start Date. Maybe as an option to configure offset value (time) to add to Start Date or to End Date of depending entry and possibility to edit offset. There might also be an offset of time to show task in To-Do BEFORE Start Date.

  17. Possibility to assign a same task to different projects. For example, I have to make identity photos for 1)administrative purpose and 2)scolarity. "administrative" and "scolarity" are two separate projects, but I only make the photos once, don't I ?

  19. Have a global setting to have "Complete Subtasks in order" be the default for all new Projects. This would be very useful for allowing global use of tracking next actions in the tool, rather than setting it Project by Project.

  20. Instead of having to move the cursor over to the little control in the right sidebar to open the task properties, i suggest having a right menu click on the task open the properties sidebar.
