  2. It is very useful to know, how much time do you spend with some task or working on the project. It would be great if we could measure this time by timers, for example like in Toodledo.

  3. We could save a couple presses by making the fields in the Task Info screen pressable, which would bring up a dialog to edit that field.

  4. When viewing the task list, it would be nice to be able to press the date and context, which would bring up a dialog for changing the date or context. Right now it takes 5 clicks to change the date or context.

PalmOS has this functionality it its tasks application.

  5. The most common thing I do is change the due date or context of a task. Right now, I have to press-and-hold, select "edit task", then scroll around to find date and context to make the change.

It would be great if "Due Date" and "Context" were listed in the press-and-hold menu for tasks.

  8. Instead of having to move the cursor over to the little control in the right sidebar to open the task properties, i suggest having a right menu click on the task open the properties sidebar.

  9. Clicking on Start Date in a subtask of a group that is to be completed in order or in a task that is depending on another task and that already has a DueDate, then propose the Due Date of this dependant entry as Start Date for the task where clicking on Start Date. Maybe as an option to configure offset value (time) to add to Start Date or to End Date of depending entry and possibility to edit offset. There might also be an offset of time to show task in To-Do BEFORE Start Date.

  11. In outlook I frequently convert an email to a task (with email attached). It is something difficult to achieve in MLO. I would appreciate a button to be integrated in outlook to convert an email to a MLO task.

  12. On my Android phone, some Apps have a quick entry option pop up from any program after long pressing the search button (then you choose the action you want from a menu). I like this as it lets me add a task to the inbox quickly from any program that I may be in and then get back to working in that other program.

While I like the Android widget and it does allow for a quick task entry, I have to be on that particular home screen to use it. I am hoping its function can be extended to…

  13. step 1) create two types of Context: LOCATION, PEOPLE

step 2) add two type of Goal: SPECIFIC DATE, SPECIFIC MEETING

step 3) create a calendar where days are rappresenting by two colums: one for location, one for people. tasks automatically appear here if they are 'goaled' for this day, and they are grouped by location and people. we can also drag&drop groups (location and people) inside their column, in order to organize schedules

  15. Very tough to find what needed on the Android without a search function. Especially when the list of tasks and projects is large. This is a very needed function.

  16. An option, in addition to start & due date, to setup a follow-up date. A frequent requirement in fostering positive client relationship. Could be either by date, or in X months.

  18. I group tasks in outline by setting subtasks under a "heading" task and often don't want most of those subtasks showing up in my todolist but do want a few to. It would be nice if they could appear simply when a due date is added - that would override the main task setting for those particular subtasks

  20. I often ACCIDENTALLY mark tasks as completed by pressing the spacebar in response to windows screensaver. Please add an option that will allow the spacebar task completion to be disabled.
