Add a cost field.
Should work the same way as the time fields, summing up to the top for projects. Project feasibility cannot be evaluated on time alone, total cost is needed.

Make tooltip show selected range of hours when editing a context's open hours
Currently, the tooltip shows the 15-minute time range that the moue is currently hovering over. When you click and drag the mouse to set a range of open (or closed) hours, the tooltip should update dynamically to show the range that is selected. For example: "Mon 8 AM-Fri 5 PM" if you clicked and held the mouse button on the Mon 8-8:15 AM cell and dragged the mouse to the Fri 4:45-5 PM cell. This would make it a lot easier to set the open/closed hours.

Branch cloud sync
As a project manager, the ability to sync a single branch instead of a whole file would allow me to share individual projects with those working on them instead of using multiple files. Maybe you could charge a premium for having more than say, 10 cloud files?

Replace left/right swipe function (indentation) with left/right scrolling
Hi,
I have use MLO for some time & found that when the list grow larger, all the tasks tend to hide on the right side.
This have cause difficulty on navigation and editing.Even though there is a zoom function, but only individual tasks or tree can be zoomed in. This cause difficulty when working a cross different tasks that need to zoom in.
Since indentation can be done in MOVE mode. Left & right swipe should be used for scrolling purpose. This will create better user friendly interaction, better usability & consistent interface design with android.
Or if…

Android: When zoomed into outline view, filter by context
I use this functionality regularly on MLO desktop - zoom in to a given branch in outline view, then switch to 'todo' view and filter by context.
This appears to be licking in MLO Android.

Android: remove task from inbox after processing
When I set the context (or any other field, such as due date or project) for a task in the inbox, it should be removed from the inbox and made active.

MLO web interface/webapp
MLO can sync to the web, but there should also be a web interface for adding items. Moving forward, this would potentially allow MLO to integrate with Google Apps/Gmail/Google Docs for attachments, and would require less maintenance in the long run because the Mac and Windows desktop versions would be made obsolete.

Outlook Sync: Option to mark all tasks as private
At the moment I do this manually after every sync: don't want to see anyone else to see my tasks (employees planning etc.), even if the can see my calendar

Attach Photos (on mobile devices, but sync to desktop)
After a meeting there are several ToDos and perhaps lots of information on the flipchart or whiteboard. Would like to take photos of those notes and sync it to desktop MLO.

Add global setting to have default for New Project to be Complete Subtasks in Order.
Have a global setting to have "Complete Subtasks in order" be the default for all new Projects. This would be very useful for allowing global use of tracking next actions in the tool, rather than setting it Project by Project.

distinguish betwen Project and Outline
Possibility to assign a same task to different projects. For example, I have to make identity photos for 1)administrative purpose and 2)scolarity. "administrative" and "scolarity" are two separate projects, but I only make the photos once, don't I ?

Better Context Inheritance
Currently, MLO supports context inheritance when new tasks are added or tasks are moved to a new parent. However, if you change the contexts of a parent, the child contexts do not automatically change. I would like to have this as an option. Child tasks could still be assigned additional contexts, but if you add or delete a context from a parent tasks, there should be an option to automatically add/delete that context from its child tasks.
Additionally, I would like to have an option for implicit context inheritance. With this option, if a task is assigned a context, then…

Sort To-Do lists by Due Date on iPhone App
My
workflow with the desktop version involves me tagging current, active
tasks with a due date and then I have a view that sorts them by Due
Date. Unfortunately I cannot do this on the iPod Touch. While there
is a function for sorting by due date when in Outline view there is
not the same functionality in the To-Do views. I really need to have
this under Active Actions ideally.
Or if this is not practical I would like to please request that a view
be added under More Views that shows Active Actions sorted by Due Date

Android Bug? : "Parents" with Due Date NOT shown in "Due next 7 Days" or "Due next 30 Days" Options
Dont know whether this is a bug or "features"... -.-
All the "Parents" with Due Date aren't shown in "Due next 7 Days" or
"Due next 30 Days".....
Only tasks WITHOUT subtask is shown.Note: "Parents" means all the parents which have subtasks within it.
