Android: View by date and then by context
In MLO desktop I always work from the todo view by date and then by context. Please add it to Android as well. Filtering contexts one by one does not work in practice.

Include selected task in Zoom
When i want to focus on a task i press Control+R and get empty list
if there are no subtasks. But i would like to see the task i select
(with sub-tasks, if any). In case of project i would like to see the
project name too, as i have similar ones (they are created with one
template and sometimes it is difficult to guess what task i zoomed
several minutes ago;) ).
So, summarizing, i would like to have Zoom with selected task in list

Create web version of mlo
For those who find it difficult or even impossible to install or update mlo on work computers, it'd be great to have even a light version of mlo available on the web.

duplicate multimedia folder structure with file hyperlinks
have folders full of multimedia files in directory structure tree on disk. My task is to view/play/examine all files. Like to have functionality to 'point' to a directory, & have program traverse directory tree as mlo outline, placing 'leaf' files as entries with hyperlinks (in note field) for quick viewing and check-off

create subfolder
this should be fairly easy. instead of having to create folder and then move it let the user create subfolder directly from context menu/ shortcut

Current task card on desktop
I need to see - what current task now in progress. Please add popup card, that will be over all windows with current next action task.
Just a name of task, task notes and two buttons: checkbox 'completed' and 'open task in MLO'.

Datafields for contacts
Did you think about the possibility to integrate a small database in MLO for example for adress data or personal datas which are connected to a task and can be can exported to a list.
For example you create a new task. Than you have the chance to integrate serveral fields with informations. These informations are stored in a database which an exported for example to excel.
If someone has got a solution which exists today please let me know.

drop down box for min/max times
It would be great to have a drop down box to add min/max times to complete a task. When i am creating multiple tasks it can get cumbersome to type in times manually, plus, with the auto recognize feature, sometimes you have to re-type what you really want. It would be great to have a feature with a drop down box with standard choices ranging from 5min to 8 hours much like outlook's reminder feature.

Add a Keyboard Shortcut for "Starring" a Task
Actually, you have to use the mouse to "Star" a Task.
Also, why doesn't the Star shows in the Properties Pane, why only in the Outline/To-Do pane?

highlight color set shold be extended
Please have a look on "Format" panel. It allows to change colors, fonts and so on.
Why set of colors for "Highlight color" is so small? In reality only yellow, green and light-blue can be used. Others too light or too dark. So, please make it look like "Side bar color" at least - with tens of colors to choose available.
It is very inconvenient to use "More...." option to change item backgroud color on pink (for example) every time. to be honest, side bar color is too small to be noticed and thus to be used.4 votes -
Allow grouping of contexts
when you have many contexts, you need to group them so you can quickly choose the context you are looking for vs. choosing from a single master list with no organization.

Sorting order of sub tasks - request for alphabetical order
Hi,
When I am using mlo I am have one top level task used as folder of my projects. I lately redesign my work and I found that the folder is growing and I need to find a way how to cope with that. The first thought I had was to use alphabetical ordering Tool->Advance->Sort subtasks. However there is not such option how to sort the task alphabetical. Further I have not found any workaround.
To: MLO – would it be possible to add such option?

Sync with Lightning/Sunbird
I don't use M$-Outlook, but Thundbird+Lightning. Sync feature could be very useful for Lightning/Sunbird users... and they're not a few!

Notes in separate window
I would like to make better use of MLO Task Notes. A very valuable enhancement would be to allow it to "pop out" into a separate window. Ideally the user could control whether it is always on top of other windows (allowing me to take notes while working on a PowerPoint, for example, or while reading am email).

FREE cloud sync using Dropbox
New iPhone apps have shown up offering free cloud sync via dropbox - all you need is a free dropbox account. If MLO could sync via dropbox it would be free and one less thing for us to worry about keeping up payments on!

Add a Task Status field: Completed, Unstarted, Deferred, Cancelled, In Progress
Currently, this kind of thing is reserved for Projects, but even simple tasks have a "started" component to them-- for things that are assigned to someone else, for example, or a task that will take longer than just an immediate thing.
